I dont what it is, but most girls really do look so hot in black panties. Personally I am turned on more if a girl walks out wearing a tight tshirt with black panties than if she wore an expensive dress, heels and nylons. Some of us guys look hot in black panties too. And I am one of them! I have at least four pairs. But the bikini style with a little lace are my favorite and they look so good under pantyhose!

The color depends on the girl. Like for me a tan girl looks best in light blue. The cut is much important than the color anyway.
