let it go. why didn't he give you his phone number or email address in the first place? When I was a teenager, my father told me that if a guy likes you he will go to the effort to find you to ask you out... and if he doesn't go to the effort, then he is not interested and it is not worth chasing after. Honestly -- I am 10 years older than "Joe," and that could be one of the best pieces of advice anyone ever gave to me.

nothing. if your meant to be together then it'll happen. or go back to falcon ridge and did you know what hotel or. i dont even know what falcon ridge is. but if you can go back and find the hotel and ask them who stayed what days but they might not have it. i dont think hotels save stuff.
