LT by far!!! Don't get me wrong Alexander is great, but he had the season of a lifetime last year and I just don't think that he can replicate that. LT has been the best for the past 3-5 years, I don't know exactly how good he'll do but I would take LT over Alexander anyday!
Plus like the other guy said Alexander wil have the Madden Curse.
Personally I think that Portis is going to have a year to remember this year. He is passed due, and with Al Saunders in as offensive cordinator, he will be money.

Tomlinson (please save LT for the only true LT - Lawerence Taylor) by far is more versatile since he can run and catch well out of the backfield (as well as throw a bit - probably a bit better than Rivers at this point :) Alexander is an excellent runner, but he lost a big helper (Hutchinson), so he'll come back a bit this year. And since SD has to break in yet another QB, they'll rely a bit more on the running game and short passing game, so Tomlinson will have more opportunities to shine....

LT definitely. With Philip Rivers in there, the offense will rely more on LT. Plus Shaun lost Steve Hutchinson, that O-Line is a lot weaker without him, he'll get banged up.

I say Alexander. With Rivers the QB at SD and nothing to worry about at WR, Tomlinson is really the only O threat they have and teams will play it that way. MartyBall at SD relys way to much on LT and he'll be worn out and out by week 12 this year.

They both are destined for greatness this year, but Alexander has the slight edge because of his QB situation. Plus, LT's opponents' defense are going to bring everyone and the mascot to stop him, so the edge goes to Alexander

probably alexander based on strength of schedule, but he won't reach last year's number. I think LT will have a great year, as well as LJ but if you are deciding between the 3, it doesn't really matter all 3 are gold.

Alexander is a touchdown machine and has better talent around him. Tomlinson has an unproven QB so teams will stack the line against him. I'd go with Alexander.
