I like to play with my elbows and that makes it difficult for me to hold my penis at the same time. So I guess you are normal. I'm between a rock and a hard place!

Male nipples have many of the same nerve endings as female nipples. Both sexes can enjoy playing with this area during masturbation.
In the womb, a baby develops initially as a female; during later stages, differentiation occurs. In a male, the ovaries move into the position of the testes, and what would have been the labial folds of the vagina fuse together to create the scrotum. That's why there's a line running up the middle of the scrotum - it's where the vagina would have been.
The nipples develop the same way, but instead of becoming female breasts with the ability to secrete milk, they form vestigial nipples in the man. They retain the sensitivity but do not perform the same function.

For sure! A lot of guys like nipple stimulation during sexual encounters. Try icing them up first...you might like it.
