I would say yes, absolutely...the commuter rail and buses are generally always safe. The subway isn't bad either, depending on where you're going. You won't have a problem.

Yeah, pretty safe. The T usually has lots of security, especially around Fenway when a game is getting out.

Fine. The only line which is a little iffy is the orange line or the red line in South Boston; the stations there have had a few problems.
