Advantages: You are an Intuitive, Introverted Thinker, like me.
Disadvantages: You are a Judging type, unlike me.
Just kidding.
Advantages? I would think you're probably insightful, have flashes of brilliance and ideas that come from nowhere and turn out correct, are not afraid to be alone, understand yourself well, have integrity and not much trouble making decisions. Most likely when you decide to accomplish something, you persevere to the end...
Negatives would most likely be not being comfortable around new people, not always being able to explain why you think as you do but still being quite certain of it, stubbornness and a tendency to shut people out or be harsh and, well, judgemental, especially of people who are more emotional and demonstrative than you are.

I am also an INTJ. I hate it. We make up the smallest percentage of all personality types and are therefore, the least understood. You'll especially catch a lot of undue flack from E's. They completely misunderstand the concept of introversion (they usually think it has something to do with being 'shy'. Idiots. Shyness is a fear of interacting with others. Introversion is a tendency towards the inner or inward reality.) Of course, the E's outnumber us 3 to 1. So, we are the minority and have to tolerate all the crap associated with such. And don't let anyone try to fool you into thinking that you can change from I to E. It's ingrained in your personality. You can find ways to 'act' more extroverted, but you'll never change the inherent tendency towards introversion.

Really, the only only advantage of being an INTJ is that you are likely to develop a keen sense of judgment (the I, T and J, when combined, can give you a deep level of mental concentration that most E's will never know).

Behind the scenes power house. Very visionary, sees answers before the question is asked. Sees the vision and develop the path to get there. The ENTJ is a good complement to lead the group to the vision.

Also, if you start to present your ideas, you will move to being more of an ENTJ.

I'm not too far off - ENTP. Can't say for sure, but it looks like you're quiet and assertive. Good luck!
