There is no physical reason not to engage in intercourse during menses. Supposition that sex during menses can cause Endometriosis, one of the more popular arguments against it, has also been refuted and debunked. Menstrual blood is an entirely natural bodily fluid, and does not in anyway affect a man’s penis or a woman’s reproductive tract. There is even some anecdotal evidence that orgasm during menses can help alleviate menstrual cramping. Refusing to engage in intercourse during a woman's period is due to societal, cultural and religious taboos and not because of any valid scientific evidence that is harmful or will cause infection of any kind.

Yes! Some guys don't like it, but if your guy doesn't mind, have fun! My guy doesn't care. I love it b/c my sex drive seems to be higher when I'm on my period and it also helps with cramps! Have fun!

You can, but I personally find it disgusting. No one wants to smell bloody *** and no one certainly wants to put their hands or anything else in it (at least not people I know).
