I'm not scared of black people. In fact some of my friends are black and Mexican. Your statement is overly general. You shouldn't lump everyone into the same group like that, it just makes you sound like a giant douche. And while I'm at it, proof read dammit, and use the spell check, because the way you wrote this is really annoying.

For centuries, the white settlers were used to making black skinned folks as slaves, forced labour, mistreating & disrespecting them. This
has finished, but the scars of past still hurt. The
pain is felt everytime they pass the Ghettos and see the squalid living conditions of the Hispanics.
If the Hispanics are wealthy, then too they are
symbols of fear, with their imposing built, big
grins with whitest teeth, almost menancing looks
Hispanics mean no harm, but circumstances have forced them to be feared by the whites.

One of my best men is black, I married a Hispanic and resent your racist reverse discriminatory attitude. All prudent people leave neighborhoods that look unkempt, and dangerous. Thugs look like thugs, and it has nothing to do with ethnicity. Blacks and Hispanics are rising up in society because they are striving to succeed. These will join the greater America in making this a better place. They will avoid the ghettos and move to the better side of town. Their children will eat from silver spoons.

It is human nature to be afraid of people who are different, but wise people try not to act on those fears. Unfortunately, wisdom is in short supply.
Most people are also afraid of change (like the shifting population), but without change we have no growth. Wise people are open to change, but embrace it cautiously.
Understanding is the key---we should all reach out to try to see what it's like to be in someone else's shoes. Maybe we wouldn't be so scared all the time.
I think you are unfair to imply that white people are the only ones who fear people who are different. That kind of generalizing is an example of the very thing you are against. For instance, I know there are plenty of people in any racial demographic who wouldn't want to go into established high crime neighborhoods. Is that so surprising?
I have a few friends who are trying to become American citizens through legal means. When I see what they are going through--- the time and effort and money they are expending---I share their frustration about the people who want to short-change the process by coming here illegally. There is a correct way to go about it, and illegals aren't playing by the rules.

It's not being scared of the color but the types of neighborhoods. Would you be scared to go in a neighborhood were a lot of shootings and drug sales occur, even if it was a white neighborhood. I think it is not the color of the people that make others scared it is the apperance they portray. This is another question that makes assumptions on white people and racism.

White people leave the ghetto because we get attacked there. If we are scared of black people it is because of their behavior. You can't force yourself on people. And if you approach white people with that language, we probably won't be able to understand you. And if you approach us with that attitude, it will be clear to us you are hostile. We respond to hostility, predjudice, racist comments, vulgarity, etc. same as anyone else. We don't dislike "Hispanics". Biligual people are cool. What we hate is illegal Mexicans pretending this is their country because they don't want to go through the trouble to become legal citizens. They disrespect us and our laws. This only applies to illegals and their sympathizers.
As long as you think of white people only one way, that is all you will see.

I get scared in ghetto neighborhoods regardless if it's black, white, puerto rican, portuguese, french...I don't ******* care. If it looks like a shady neighborhood, then I'm gonna walk fast, regardless of race.

Well when I am in Harlem, I see white people all over the place. They don't look afraid at all. Especially the ones that live there.
