Yes, try another one. When was the last time you took a pg test? For some women, depending on the pregnancy, the tests don't start showing positive until around 2 wks late.

Good luck! Hope you get the answer you are looking for.

Either get a blood test or try the preg test that lets you know that you have done it correctly. (the whole test end will turn pink) Ask the pharmacist which one it is i can't recall the name. About being late...think about your cycle. Have you been late in the past? or are you like clockwork? When I think back too my very early days of pregnancy the first symptom I had (but didn't realise at the time) was an extremely enhanced sense of smell. You may not have ANY symptoms yet even if you are pregnant but it's something to keep in mind.

Well I would wait because if you are already two weeks late your test should be very accurate. Now a days pregnancy test can give you a reliable result 3 days before you even miss your period. Now, either you are pregnant and your hcg levels are not high enough yet to be detected or you are not pregnant. If you don't get you period soon I would probably ask the experts and see what is going on. God Bless.

Sometimes it depends on the type of pregnancy test you take. Try E.P.T. the error proof test. I took two pregnancy test that showed I wasn't pregnant and I took the E.P.T. and it said I was.

Now I have a beautiful 4 month old girl.

Another suggestion is go to the local heath department. They always have good ones. Good luck and wish the best for you.

There is still a chance that you could be pregnant. Wait until your next period is due. The earliest a pregnancy test can detect pregnancy accurately is about 3 days before your next period. It takes 6 to 12 days for the fertilized egg to attach to the uterus and another day or two for HCG to be released. The pregnancy test will detect the HCG hormone in your urine.

Are you extremely our of the ordinarilly tired? Have nausea? Breasts hurt? My preg test came back neg 3 times - and I was 8 weeks pregnant. Give it another week or so and go to the Dr. for an HGC count if you are it will tell you approximatly how long.

i just went through this same thing. i would suggest you relax and if nothing happens by the time your next period should be due test again. our bodies sometimes skips months. for no real reason. it coud be stress weight gain or a sudden drop in weight. it could be because of a change in your relationship. you could be pregnant. if you recently were sick that could throw it off.recently came off birth control. and recently started having sex all of these things could make you late. if in a couple of weeks you still dont start i would advise you to see your doctor

You could either wait another couple of weeks, or go to your doctor, I think if you get a blood test it is more accurate than the wee one.
