You can purchase a penis pump at any porn shop if you are of age. Otherwise a penis implant would make it bigger, but....the implants are usually done if you can't get an erection, so the urologist would probably not want to perform that on you. I do have a question for you, are you overweight at all? The reason I am asking is because if a man is overweight, it can cause the penis to be smaller because the blood flow is not getting down to the penis. It's something to think about. I know a guy who is in his 30s who has a 3" penis, he is 5'6" tall but weighs around 280-300 lbs, way over weight for his height. So, you see what I mean? Not enough blood flow going to his penis causing it to be very small. I hope this hs answered your question.

Go see a plastic surgeon or urologist and you can have enlarging surgery done. I saw it on a show on the Discovery Health Channel called Plastic Surgery: Before and After and I didn't know that it could be done until then. I found out that men, when they get erections, have 1-2 inches that stay inside the body under the pubic hair and a surgeon can go in and release some of the penis to make it appear larger outside of the body. I wouldn't do it or recommend my husband to do it, but if you are really self-conscience about the length, go see someone about it. I really don't, and I know a lot of women don't, care about the length as long as you know how to use what God gave you. I am not one for listening to or repeating sayings, or quotes, but I do like the one "Its not the quantity but the quality". If you really care about the person you are with and they care about you, then it won't matter.

Don't waste your time are your money pumps don't work plus they can injure you if your not careful, and then there is the pill which make all these fabulious claim lies all lies.

why do u want to increase.... you know only outer 4inch of vagina is sensetive...
so if u have 4 inch penis it's more then eanough....to satisfy ur girl...

Other than surgery (and I'm not sure how much size increase that offers) you have what you have...just be sure to learn how to use it well (THAT is more important than size).
