I useually have 34 day cycles, never late nor early. I was expecting my period on the 22'nd of July. If I took a pregnancy test right now would it be accurate? Or should I wate a few more days?

Many tests can tell on the first day of your missed period. If you are possitive you should have started it is safe to take a test now. False negatives are not uncommon so if it is - and you still don't start wait 3 more days and retest to allow the hpg hormone to double in your system.

I suggest waiting for at least two more weeks just to be sure. However, keep in mind, people who say they are 'never late or early' are not calculating the cycle to complete accuracy. If you are trying to get pregnant - good luck to you!

I would take one now -- the 22nd was 6 days ago. Most pregnancy tests now days test for low amounts of the Hcg pregnancy hormone.

Ah girl take one nine time out of ten you're probably pregnant and second they have test that can tell you if you are days before your period so of coarse they are accurate!

Take a test now and then wait another 3 weeks and if you still havent come on take another.

Go ahead and take it now and first think in the morning. However, don't discount that it could be stress. It just never hurts to take one.

it is normal to be late. you may wait.
or take a test and find a solution for it if you are pregnant and do not want the baby.

I would take it now because I would be too curious to wait, but maybe you have to take another one in a week or so to be more sure.

take one now, i think they are pretty good at about 3 days late, and if its negative wake until its 2 weeks late. if thats still negative go see your dr.
