I don't need coffee in the morning, but I like to sit back, drink a cup, and relax in the mornings before I start my day.

ps. It is also a good natural laxative... just FYI

You don't need coffe to start your day. Take a jog in the morning or walk around the block, you'll be amazed what happens whe your blood starts flowing.
