ask yourself is the person wroth it.? Is the person sorry for hurting you.? Maybe try revenge. And you need to love yourself, not to let them make you hurt. To be truthful i was hurt so bad that i didn,t want to go on with my life. And i started to pray. And that was what help me.

Get away from the source, if you can, and find other interests to take your mind off of it. Get counseling to help heal yourself, and get involved in your community. Volunteering in a cause which means a lot to you will help you feel like you're making a difference, and help you feel better about yourself.
