Put some anti-bacterial cream on it. If it doesn't clear up, check with the dermatologist. Sometimes these things are caused by stress. Is she ok with the fact that your dad likes you better than he does her? If not, that could be what's causing it. You should have a chat.

A boil is a raised red area it is a noticable bump. Razor burn is flat and is very red on a patch of skin. If the boil does not resolve in a few days you should have her see her doctor.

Uh, wax is PAINFUL. And shaving? Sounds like it's a cold sore, which is the herpes virus. Wash you hands well and take your mom to the doctor, he can prescribe some cream to help those heal faster.

Wow.....I don't know....are you serious or joking? If you are not joking she need to see a doctor to get antibiotics or if she wants to go natural garlic pills will bring the boil down ::).

If it is a boil, it is infectious and needs to be drained, and maybe antibiotics prescribed. Have a dermatologist look at it.
