Use a stop watch. start it when you begin & stop it when you finish

You could use Microsoft Excel to calculate it. First, you'd have to format the cells with the actual start and stop times as TIME (13:30).

In the cell where you want the elapsed time to be, you'd first need to format the cell as TIME (13:30), and then create a formula to subtract the start from the stop time.

Example: Started at 11:15 AM and ended at 2:30 PM.

In cell A1, you'd enter the start time as 11:15. In A2, you'd enter the ending time as 14:30. And in A3, you'd enter the formula = A2 - A1.

Doing this would give you the elapsed time of 3:15, which means 3 hrs and 15 minutes in A3.

Find out the time it takes to complete a task, for all the tasks. Then add them togther.
