Does anyone know how to make your lips very moist. My lips are always chapped even if i put lipgloss and chapstick on. I even put vaseline on it works but not for a very long time, please help?!

Have you tried honey or even beeswax
these also make them fuller ...

Sometimes there are products in chapsticks that are for temporary relief, not long term. I use Mary Kay Satin Lips. It is a two step process, starting with a lip mask which takes off dead skin, and a balm to lock in the moisture.

what about medicated lip ointment, like Caramex? It will help relieve the chapped lips

Sounds like you need to exfoliate them. Benefit makes a really great exfoliating set, try that. Use Burt's Bee's daily on your lips as well.
