When I hear the music of today, it reminds me of fast food. why not listen to something good like classical, it makes me feel ilke a fine dinner.

that would be our culture. its a fast food culture. we want everything and we want it NOW! including our music, travel, medicine, even religion has become tainted by this 'fast food' mentality. I think you're right on the money!

I think that is a very good analogy. Most pop music is just there, not really useful at all. Sometimes you use it though for a quick music fix, like fast food, but it comes and goes so fast and has no real value.
