If you are thinking of doing this, I would strongly advise against it.
I know of a few people who were quite desperate for money and did some of these trials.
They have lived to regret it.
The money is not worth damaging your health.
Just think, if you haven't got your health in the future you will not be able to earn, or even perhaps to enjoy whatever good things come your way, and there are always good things to come no matter how bleak the present is.
