I can't delete popcorn.net license manager from my add remove programs it tries to send me to the site an wont

i tried a whole bunch of spyware but it won't seem to find all the popcorn files and i keep getting pop up screens saying im obligated to pay

Amen!!!!!! They're trying the same crap with me. I tried calling them and it was the worst. I just ignore it but yeah, they need to be dealt with
