Make sure that you do not hurt yourself while trying to do any exercise. Take it easy. You could always try some yoga. Fat burning yoga really works. You could also try Tae-Bo or Pilates. Pilates is extremely relaxing and fat burning as well. Since you have a knee condition you do need to be extra careful. Eat some protein filled foods as well as fiber filled. Drink lots of water. Stay away from sodas and too much sugar. Good luck and best wishes to you! You need to first set a goal for yourself that you know you can achieve. Maybe start with losing 5lbs first and then go up from there. Do not just go into exercising trying to lose 30lbs all at once because you will be exhausted. So start simple. :) And if your parents won't let you go out then you can buy some of the DVDs of what I mentioned. You can go check out all the work out dvds for home and buy the supplies. Also try the medicine balls and the workout dvds for that. You will get toned in no time. Good luck and best wishes!
