only if youre a good looking woman and the cop is your typical moron.
cops can go from one extreme to the other, and wont budge back.... based on subtle and dumb reasons. ...cops arent very good thinkers. so youve gotta learn how to walk that line and make sure they fall on the side you want them to.
if youre a good looking woman... crying can work, yes! but youve gotta know how.

As a former cop, I can tell you that tears have no effect whatsoever. Dry your eyes, honey, and press hard...you're making multiple copies. Drive safely.
