It was a low budget film made approximately 1985 by either Warner Brothers or Disney. It was about 2 Ghosts who created a magical powder with one of the main ingredients being peanutbutter.
The main character looses all of his hair when he is frieghtened by the 2 unassuming ghosts. The ghosts develope this potion to regrow his hair. But it grows hair all over the place and I mean all over the place. Chairs, floors, walls. hysterical movie.

Peanut butter is the secret ingredient for magic potions made by two 'friendly' ghosts. Eleven-year-old Michael looses all of his hair when he gets a 'fright' and uses the potion to get his hair back, but too much peanut butter causes things to get a bit 'hairy'
