Not sure about the biggest pair of breasts recorded the world, but a lady called Lea Walker, claims to have the biggest breasts in Britain, they are a staggering 30MM!

I don't know but maybe you can google it and see what you can get from that ? The biggest I have ever seen was on The Maury show one time this woman had size ggg or something each one weighed about 12 lbs.!!!!! that is bigger than both my kids at birth put together !!! Ouch !!! I hope she has a good Chiropractor !!!!

Forget Maury. A few years ago I saw a woman on Springer (admit it, you watched it too) that had like XX breats. They were absolutely disgusting looking! Aside from the fact that she had huge ones to begin with, she had implants and of course no one carried her bra size so they just hung there.
