I LOVE it.
Personally I don't think there is anything much sexier than having a man *** on my face / boobs / belly or in my mouth.

Don't know why you want females to answer.... But anyway... According to my Ex-girlfriend it depends on what someone eats... Her ex would eat a lot of red meat, and it would be bitter... I ate a lot of fruits and vegies and it woudl be somewhat sweet.... But either way it was quite salty for both people... so Yeah... Take her word on it, not mine...

It is salty and somewhat thick....not to sound gross but it almost has the consistency of snot. Personally, I dont like the taste and my nose scrunches up just typing this.....but hey, to each their own.
