the sun will take another 5 million years to die and reah the state of a pulsar. but there is a fear in the science comunity that the earth will have only approx 500 000 years before it falls into the sun due to the gravitational pull of the sun and push of jupiter. this is a filed of reasearch going,but no one is sure.

A star goes through several phases before it dies. A star is born, yellow Giant (our sun), Red Giant, Super Nova. Each of these stages takes billions of years to occur. so don't worry about finding any 50 billion SPF yet.

It has just reached its half way.
Remember its also a star.

it died 500 years ago. the light you're seeing will take another 500 years before it goes out. so much for global warming

well we got about another 5mill to go so they say. but dont worry it wont just go out. it will turn into a red giant first and swallow mecury venus and most likley earth too.
