The batting Side will win the match bcos they get 1 run for the No ball. firstly umpire gave the no ball so they got the run. No ball decision given when bowler delivered the ball to the batsman it means that when the ball reached to the batsman it must be called as no Ball.

The answer is straight forward.
Once the No-ball is given by the umpire, the batting team gets one run per the no-ball rule. When the batsman gets stumped, he is in actuality trying to go for run#2.
At the time of stumping, the one run has already been scored (through the no-ball).
Therefore the batting team wins.

I think the batting side wins. As only run outs are allowed in case the ball is a no ball other wise no other way the batsman can be ruled out. Hope I am correct.

You must be new to cricket, "A batsman cannot be given out on a no ball regardless of how he gets out (run out is the one exception, but stumping is somewhat different),"
So as the run will count of the no ball the batting team will win.
Even if the batsman is out, you've said that only one run required so still the run counts of the "No ball", again batting team will win..

There is only one way out in no ball and thats runout. Stupmping doest count. So batting side win the match. Even if batsman is given out w/o any runs, match will be tied and NOT DRAWED. So bowling side has no chance of winning this match.

the batting team wins...because they have already scored the 1 run(as a no ball) and were going for the 2nd run when batsman got stumped.

batting team wins. because umpire first gives no ball.so one run to the score is added . the wicket falls . for example - it is 299-9 requiring 300 to win . the final score will be 300 allout. same like u need one run to win u score tat run and u are out when u try to go for the second run.
