My HP 5610vALLin One Printer is getting Paper Jam all the time. I am using right type of paper?

and not overload with papers and also changed cartiridge etc. Any other suggetion to cure and avoid paper jam?

There are a couple of things that come to mind for me. It could be a small piece of paper is caught somewhere in the paper path. Or some or all of the rollers may be worn out.
