For those of you who are Meatloaf fans, does anybody know what he wouldn't do for love? He keeps singing about it "Anything for Love" but what is "that"? I'm just wondering if he talked about it in any interviews! ;)

In the line, "I will do anything for love, but I won't do that," the "that" is whatever he said just before that. For example... "But I'll never forget the way you feel right now-- Oh no--no way-- I would do anything for love, But I won't do that" - The "that" in this particular verse is "forget the way you feel right now." Meat Loaf said this himself on his StoryTellers episode on VH1. (thanks, Melly - Chicago, IL)
the first verse he says he would do anything for love but he will not lie to you, Oh No he wont do that......

on a dvd there is a Meatloaf story tellers.............in the song she has all these requirements for her to date the charater meatloaf is singing about..........kinda like impossible requirements......almost liek the song scarbourgouh fair by simon and garfunkle

I've heard him say it's open to interpretation.
Everybody can relate because everyone has a different "that" in their life they won't do for a loved one, something that crosses their own line.
