All women grow at different times and different rates. It could be that you have not hit that growth spurt yet. It is not about how big or little you are to begin with. Its about body confidence. There are tons of models out there and every day average people that do not have much up there. IF you have the confidence to work with what you have and flatter it, you will be fine. You are only 12. I know women that are older then that and do not have a lot up there. Be proud of the body that God gave you. He made you the way you are for a reason. Celebrate it!

Everyone here has hit the nail right on the head. Do not worry about it. They will grow to the right size in time but there is no set time table for it to happen.

If you are ever teased by guys for being flat-chested, call them out. Embarrass them in front of their friends by saying something like:
"You clearly have the keen ability to see the obvious. You also have shown how incredibly immature and disrespectful you are which most girls consider to be a turn off and a major character flaw. Did your mommy raise you to be so rude?"

If this does not work and they continue to harass you, tell them, "This is not acceptable anymore. If you continue to sexually harass me, I will not hesitate to report it and you will have to suffer the consequences of your immature actions."

As you get older and start dating men, you will find that there really are a lot of men out there who really appreciate ladies with small breasts to flat breasts. As you mature even more, you will find that the decent men do not care nearly as much about the breast size as they do about the personality and the character of the woman. If you strive to be incredibly sexy and beautiful on the inside (personality, caring, compassionate...) you will always appear sexy and beautiful on the outside.

All the best to you!

I didnt grow breasts until I was 15 years old-can you imagine being a 32b that whole time?! Its ok honey because you are probably just a late bloomer, trust me you most likely wont take after your mom and develop her breast size. Look at it this way, at least if a boy talks to you, you know its not because of your breast size. I am telling you that you wont take after your mom because its the truth, I am the biggest breast wise out of my sisters and mom. Dont worry about it because I went through it too and when you do start to develop you will sometimes wish you stayed small breasted.

your you not your mother, you will grow at your own rate. You have a long time that you still may get breasts of a normal size. Anyways, breast size isn't everything.

I was a DD at 12 and hate it to this day. It causes back and neck pain. Your still just hitting puberty give it some time.

genetics. Be glad you will be small perky the rest of your life. Besides clothes seem to be made for smaller chest anyway.
