My friend said when her boyfriend pulled down his pants she knew he was jewish and he is part of a jewish family. I want to know why she thought or knew that when he pulled down his pants.

I do believe that jews get cercumsized at either birth or the age of 15. you might want to search wikipedia to be sure

you cannot tell religion from seeing someones penis, however he may be circumcised and that is all she saw.

probably because he was circumcised and he is not a Muslim
