There is no answer as to why.....some people are just more prone to cheat for whatever reason. Most cheaters rationalize it in their own head to keep them from feeling guilty....example being.." She doesnt give me enough sex so she leaves me no choice but to find it somewhere else" or " He has been neglecting my feelings so why not find someone else"...Its all lame excuses for doing something morally wrong.

Because they aren't think of the other person's feelings, only their own selfish needs.
