doing YOGA ...how it will affect me?

My flexibilty increased, as did my muscle tone. I also found it very soothing and relaxing.

As in Geeta Yoga Karmasu Kaushalam. It means by doing yoga you will be master in your field .

Yoga can help you relax, you may feel less stressed the more times that you go to yoga. Also, it relaxes and calms your muscels, that is, after you get used to yoga. (As you JUST begin, you may feel sore)

Also, yoga is a workout and with other dieting and exersice, you will be more relaxed, and start to lose weight.

If you ARE trying to lose weight-( not saying you need to/want to), then I reccomend the special K diet. It is like a jumpstart to long-term dieting and exersice. (Trust me, that diet works, I lost EIGHT pounds.)

yoga keeps u calm through out the day ...it is a great stress remover...it helps in curing many dieseses which a lot of medicenes couldn't....i do yoga every morning ...it could also help in reducing the body weight...
try to do yoga everymorning on empty stomach..it helps a lot...

The thing I like best about it, is the way I feel the next day when I get out of bed. I'm not all 'crunched up' when I start the day. There are a lot of other benefits, but this is the one that really hooked me. Good Luck!

By practicing yoga u will gain patience,concentration,Improvement in memory,lisitening power
peace minded brain,Far away from some dieases,Health,Body language.
If u practice it u will be the better person that u consider

Better body posture for sure...

And the effect after doing yoga...you feel fresher and it can calm you down...especially when you're angry or upset...
