Go to Control Panel
Go to Printers and other hardware
Go to "View Installed printers and other devices"
Right click the printer you want to share.
Click sharing.
Click the "Sharing" tab.
Mark "Share this Printer".
Click OK.
From the other computers on your network, add a printer as normal, and the Wizard will search the network for it.

Easy, go to printers and faxes, select the printer you want to share, right click, go to sharing, select share this printer.
If it says run networking wizard, run it, then make sure file sharing is enabled.
