My daughter bought me L'oreal and it's wonderful. It's about $21.00 before taxes. Like they say in the commercial, "I'm worth it". And it works.

Mary Kay's firming eye cream is the best! It prevents and corrects wrinkles and "crow's feet". E-mail me and I can help you get some.
I am in my 30's and I was having the same problem-it's helped immensely.

Dr. Perricone's eye creams work wonders, but they are pricey. Also, Source Vital has a nice eye cream, but you will have to order that online unless you can find a local day spa that sells their products in your area. It's hard to find good eye creams that are not overly oily. Good luck.

Natural remedies are great, but cucumbers & tea bags will only reduce swelling, that's it.
Try Clinique Repairwear Intensive Eye Cream. I got this in a bonus bag & didn't really expect it to work, but it's amazing!
