Go to a place where the two of you are by yourselves and ask him to be honest with you. Boys can be so silly some times.

Depending on how old you are, you go up to him and say, "You seem like a great guy - want to catch a movie sometime?" It's not life or death just a feeling and you can act on it or not. Up to you. Good luck.

What do you have to lose by going up to him and doing as the others suggested? You've only got one live and you're living it right now...the key word is to 'live' it so go have some fun!!

That's wierd if he likes you he would have given an answer spontaneously.
Trust me guys like him could be tricky to stick with.
