I'd have to go with Flintstones. They actively established a social network (see the Rubble family), and raise their daughter themselves, instead of using a creepy Cyber-nanny like the Jetsons do.

The Flinststones by far. They are closer socially to today's family than the Jetsons are. Maybe if you ask the same question at the end of the century, I might say Jetsons because their technolology might actualy be a reality.
