I am waiting for the day when I ask someone how they are doing and they say...." I am doing terrible this has been the shittiest day in history!" People always say fine when maybe....they arent so fine.

You are so courteous and polite. Alot of people could learn from you. It's nice to know that there are people out there that take the time to greet others and acknowledge them.

It depends on how well I know them. If they are strangers or mere acquaintances that I just met, I tell them Fine, how are you? If they are close friends or family, I tell them how I am doing.
