Might I suggest the salvation army or some other consignment shop? If that is not your style, then Wal-mart/ K-mart/ Target now sell pinted T-shirts that are very in-style.

If you have a little Delias style in you, you can always try stores like Forever 21. Other than that, I would say department store back to school sales. Stores like Macy's, and even Nordstrom, will have quality products for less during this time of year. I also wouldn't hesitate to look at stores like Walmart (Oh, and def. check in at your nearest Target store). Walmart will have bargains, but I caution you to pick clothes that don't look cheap or run of the mill and be unique. My personal favorites are thrift stores, just because I always find a shirt or a pair of pants I can use, you just have to have time to shop for those.

Target is #1 choice. Old Navy has amazing clearance. Also Marshall's and TJ Maxx. You can find T-Shirts for under $15 almost anywhere.

Go to Old Navy, Gap or Kohl's, if you have one. They are going to be the cheapest stores with the best shirts. Also, you can try www.victoriassecret.com and look at their T-shirts. They have the crew type shirts and they are on sale now for about $15.00. I have a lot of those and I love them. Its worth the money.

There are millions at CafePress (if someone put their design on the "value tee"). Created by anyone on the net who had an idea that his friends thought was funny. :)

And if you dont find something you want then you found a need. Fill it. Open one of the free shops and upload a design. Maybe others will want your shirt.

Go to a school yard and take 15 shirts of the children while they're playing and then run.

look for your favorite stores at an outlet mall. they have much better prices. just be careful what you buy, and try it on first. if you want cheaper weekend clothes: try Kohl's stores when there's a sale or clearance. i just got some adorable shirts for $4 each from there on clearance. and a $40 skirt for $15!
