Oh what a wonderfrul supply of ingredients from EDNA!
Step one is to flay and fillet. Some parts clearly won't make cake any better, but you can have "long pig" for the main course!
Step two is to strip and clean the bones and put them into a huge pot for outstanding soup stock.
Step three is to render all that fat so that you can use it for the grease in the pan and the lard in the cake.
Step four is to evaporate all the liquids so you get some excellent salt to make the cake with.
Step five is to use your favorite cake recipe - I think this one might call for LOTS of eggs - and use the parts of Edna that fit in. Don't you agree pink strawberry icing would be JUST the thing?
Step six is to call the neighbors over for a block party. Here's to Edna!
