People in every country hate their neighbours but, particularly in a country like America, nothing like that will ever happen.
Look at Spain with the Basque separatists, or Northern Ireland - in these countries/regions there are people so commited to seperation that they are willing to kill for it - and they still aren't getting their own way.
Random people complaining about their random neighbours in America isn't really going to have any effect.
Nice name by the way.

To be honest I could see something like this happening but it would take the current political climate to continue. See the problem is we're being played against each other. For instance, the two parties have decided that certain states aren't worth caring about on a federal level. Thats why they basically don't care to cater to those states..
If this were to continue you'll see resentment after a while.
Like being from the northeast I can't fathom Texas' voting for Bush like hes such a great guy. And yet if you LOOK and explore the voting that really happens the national perception is warped because there is indeed differing opinions in each state its just that Politicians play this dangerous game of division. Either with us or against us..

Well I think the current political climate lends itself to some nonsensical thinking. Ive never seen so many hateful people since this current modern conservative movement began. I can just see the Bostonian with a scowled face and sick of it all dimeaner. And by god if one welfare mom has kids jsut for more welfare money then dammit they are all doing it...I cant even imagine living in a world so black and white. ..this entire atmosphere of hatred and separation is a direct result of George the uniter's presidency.

He was joking. The people in Oregon say that because it is believed that the Californians have moved out of California to Oregon and Washington (state just north of Oregon) to take jobs and buy cheaper houses. This, it is believed, drove up the house prices in WA and OR. There's no real anamosity, though.

There has never been a international ability that has remained there indefinitely; the united stateswill sometime experience a fall, as properly. while will it take place? i don't be attentive to (optimistically no longer in my lifetime!). what is going to lead as much as the downfall? some concepts: we gained't proceed to be on the precise without a extraordinarily knowledgeable artwork rigidity. And on a similar time as the international superb education is accessible at usa's public faculties and universities, too few infants are receiving that extra suitable tutorial education and information which will shop our united states aggressive militarily and technologically. the excuses for this annoying trend are myriad: a wrongheaded concentration on uncomplicated qualifications, which deadens psychological interest and kills a toddler's love of getting to grasp; a severe attempt on the component to some politicians to intestine our device of public education, the two on the ok-12 and the college point; pupils who lack the help and nurturance they require and who're no longer pushed to attain excellence via mom and dad or instructors; and a pervasive anti-intellectualism that ignores the reality that tutorial excellence is the premiere thank you to financial success. the USA lacks a thoroughgoing thought of the coolest existence for its voters. we've a large custom of guy or woman freedom that, I concern, will ultimately backfire upon us. The almost obsessive concentration on very own success has distracted us from the civic demands of public existence: subject for the oppressed and downtrodden, participation in self-government and different kinds of public service, putting the needs of family individuals, friends, and buddies in the past our very own, and so on. different international locations are actually not sitting around waiting for the U.S. to implode upon itself. the international is turning out to be a extra aggressive financial section. on the horizon the a possibility destiny superpowers of China and India loom. those are basically a number of my concerns approximately our destiny. I specific desire i'm incorrect!

Interesting. Some people in Newcastle don't like Londoners. We wouldn't kick them out of the UK for it though, we just have Chelsea beat them 3 nil.

If there was a crisis I can tell you some people wouldn't care if they lived in the Northeast about California for instance.
