a towel (secured around your body), a shower cap, and some flip flops. This was my Halloween costume last year. I also ripped apart cotton balls and glued them to my body to make it look like bubbles.

A bathing suit. I know it's kind of unoriginal, but in this case you might not have any "wardrobe malfunctions". Get a sparkly one or something outrageously wild. lol.
