I have been having cramps similar (but not as extreme) to menstrual cramps. Is this normal? There has been no blood, just little cramping sensations and sometimes just pressure. Nothing severe. I am 6 weeks preg.

Yes it is normal. It is most likely your uterus stretching to accomodate a growing baby. I had cramps like that with my first baby & I called my doc. He told me I could take Benadryl because it has just a little bit of a muscle relaxer in it & would help. Congrats on the pregnancy!

that is perfectly normal, it is just your tendons stretching as your uterus grows.. I am experiencing the same thing and I am 4 months..it has been happening since about 6 weeks...relax hon you are fine. It will keep feeling like this until your stomach starts to grow.

Sounds like something perfectly normal. It's your uterus contracting. It both helps it stretch out to accomodate the baby, and it's preparation for giving birth.

It sounds like you are having Braxton Hicks Contractions. They are harmless. While they are annoying I have had them through my whole pregnancy and my doctor said they are nothing to worry about. You should tell your doctor about them though.
