Yes, I can honestly tell you that Stewie Griffin is gay.
I watched the special features of volume 3 on DVD and Seth McFarlane actually says they wrote an episode where Stewie comes out.. and says "oh my God, i'm gay" but then they never aired it.. or cut that part out.
But I think its pretty obvious.

the people here say totally, but I think he is bi. There are MANY episodes where he does gay things, one specifically I remember is him doing a gay musical number on a ship with sailors.

His only friend is his gay teddy bear, Rupert. Stewie himself has shown homosexual tendencies.
