There are a lot of factors that can affect weight. For example, if you have strong, healthy bones, you will weigh more than someone who has weak, brittle bones. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have a lot of muscle, you will weigh more than someone who has more fat.
And also, when you're 12, you still haven't finished growing. I noticed with my kids, right around 12, they would usually put on some weight, maybe even get a tad chubby, and then they would shoot up in height.
The best thing you can do is exercise and to eat healthly. For example, stop drinking soda and things with a lot of fat, such as fast foods. If you practice good eating habits and make sure and get exercise every day, you will be the right weight for YOUR body. Don't just pick a weight and use any means to get to that number. That may be the wrong weight for your body. And also, many girls your age develop eating disorders around your age when they start to over focus on their weight, especially if they have unrealistic expectations. And believe me, eating disorders will RUIN your life and you will have to struggle with it your whole life.
Just take care of yourself and love yourself and develop your mind and your body and your spirituality and you will be happy and healthy and have a wonderful life.
Good luck to you!

An "appropriate weight" for any height can vary considerably based on age, body type, athleticism. What you probably need is to learn about is body mass index (BMI), - which calculates a ratio of your height and weight, giving a rough estimate of what percentage body fat you have.

Here is a BMI calculator for kids you can try, which are different than BMI calculators for adults.

If you put in your height, weight and birthdate it will calculate your BMI and tell you how your height, weight and estimated BMI compares with other kids your age. It suggests that for your height and age, an approximate range of healthy weight is anywhere from 77 to 113 lbs.

There is a lot of interesting information and comparative charts that you can link to on the site.
