Just do it and once you are in the process of it...you will just get it done. Later you will be proud that you accomplished it.

I read the obituaries and if I don`t see my name then I`m motivated enough not to end up there for another day.
You must move to use up calories ,burn off blood sugar and help keep your heart healthy.
