Your best bet is to wear something dark on the bottom and lite colored on top, this will play down the size of the hips, if you're comfortable wearing a 2 piece, show off the goods honey! If not, find a lite to dark color blending 1 piece suit and have fun!

Yes, but wear a two piece with a hip hugger bottom. You want a bottom piece that sits low so that it draws attention away from your hips.
