No, bullets have a much higher velocity. My honest guess would be a laser beam or lightning. Pretty quick stuff and would definitely do the trick.

That's often thought of, but actually drills and/or screw drivers work much better, and they're a lot less work too. You might have to stop and recharge a couple times though.
