Your signs are in a conjunction (0° aspect) by sign. But we would need to determine if they were by degree as well. We would need full birth data for both people to calculate that. Place, date and exact times.
If they are conjunction by degree than here's an interpretation:
http://www.cafeastrology.com/synastry/sun_sun_aspects.html
Sun conjunct Sun in synastry:
Your overall characteristics and energy levels are very similar. You strongly identify with each other and are very much alike in important ways. It is easy for you to be together because you do not have to explain yourselves to one another. An innate appreciation and understanding of one another's essence exists between you, and this is vitalizing and ego-affirming for both of you. However, you share the same flaws and weaknesses as well as the positive qualities, and you may find it difficult to be with someone who so clearly exhibits the very things you like least about yourself. The more you accept yourself, the more beneficial and delightful your relationship with one another is.
Any sign can be with any other sign! It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.
Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.
The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.
Sun sign horoscopes are absolutely inaccurate to determine compatibility between two people.

Don't know about that....Pisces are such dreamers and can be pretty spaced out, their feet aren't on the ground all the time. I guess it depends on their moon signs, or the ascending signs, and what planets are in their houses. I'm a Pisces, and I've been with a Pisces...it was romantic and all at first, but after awhile, well, just wasn't working too well. We all can live in a dreamworld just so long, after all. Better for a Pisces to get together with an Aries, maybe...or a Cancer? Or a Scorpio.

Yes, why not?
They are also clever and artistic, sometimes to the point of genius. They are satisfied with very little and usually take the road of least resistance. They would rather walk away than argue or stand up for themselves. Pisces would rather “hide” than be noticed. They are usually pessimistic, believing that nothing really good or lucky could happen to them. Pisces is very mystical and excellent with ESP - sending and receiving thought messages back and forth. Pisces is full of anxieties and can be very untidy so one of you will need a strong Rising Sign. It is a good idea to compare your rising sign to the rising sign (or Sun sign) of the person you are comparing yourself with. This will give you a more detailed overall picture of the relationship.
Good Luck!

PISCES AND PISCES
If all life's problems could be resolved in the bedroom they'd be happy, but both need what the other does not have. Each is weak-willed, dependent, and drains the other emotionally. Both have a tendency to sink into a mire of self-pity and negativity, and they accentuate each other's confusion, self-indulgence, and muddled thinking. They find it hard to cope with practical realities, and there's no strong partner around to push either one in the right direction. This sexy affair has no place to go.

When two Pisces hook up, they may have a hard time building something stable and lasting. At first, it may feel like you're looking into the magical eyes of your soul-mate. In time, though, you'll realize that you're spending so much time gazing into those magical eyes that you've completely neglected the outside world. The biggest challenge you'll face in this relationship will be finding ways to ground yourself in the world you spend so much time trying to escape from. If you can make the practical parts work, you can find lasting happiness with each other.

Pisces & Pisces
When two Pisceans join together in a love match, there is a union of two sensitive and emotional people. They share honest, efficient communication, a rich emotional bond and a deep spiritual connection. They both feel that their precious relationship is the most wonderful thing in the world, and it couldn't get any better. They share a love of beauty and peace unparalleled in the Zodiac, and both are equally committed to maintaining this ideal relationship.
The passive Pisces nature affords this couple peaceful times. However, Pisces can be too easygoing, sometimes gullible, and is extremely sensitive to negative energy. Two Pisces together can become lethargic, lazy or bring out the best and worst in one another. They are often unable to set limits for themselves or others, and can wander off too far in a spiritual direction. Pisces tend to elude any conflicts with a disappearing act, either with unrealistic optimism or by hiding out in a life of fantasy. It is this typical Pisces flexibility that makes both easy to talk to, adaptable to any situation and great friends as well as lovers.
Pisces is ruled by the Planets Jupiter and Neptune. Pisces share a great sense of ethics and values and live life with a philosophical outlook as reflected by the Planet Jupiter. Neptune is in charge of Pisces's relationship with pop culture, abstract thought, imagination and mystery. Pisces is a Sign of service. Each partner showers the other with affection and totally adores any they receive in turn. The giving of fancy gifts, breakfast in bed and weekend getaways are common occurrences in a Pisces-Pisces relationship.
Pisces is a Water Sign. Both partners are only too happy to bend to the will and needs of their loved ones. Pisces are well known for their adaptability, conforming their interests and intentions to the situation at hand. This can be dangerous for The Fish, however, as their sense of self may slide off into the background. The astrological symbol of The Pair of Fishes represents Pisces's dual nature, each swimming in a different direction simultaneously. Pisces must really focus and devote themselves to setting personal goals. It is for the benefit of the relationship that each partner must do their best to encourage one another to succeed.
Pisces is a Mutable Sign. Indirect and aloof, Pisces does well when inspired by a strong initiating force. This couple will normally exist with little or no conflict, and will greatly benefit from putting their hearts and heads together. Fights are few and far between. Both are always there to help one another through trying times or to lend a hand whenever necessary. Their laid-back nature is a welcome aspect for both partners, and this couple feels a great emotional attraction to and deep admiration of one another.
What's the best aspect of the Pisces-Pisces relationship? It's amazing ease with which they get along with one another. They are the envy of the Zodiac when it comes to a peaceful, easy relationship. They are very loyal, loving and mellow and will always be there when their partner needs them most. Together, their bond can appear unbreakable.

Both of you possess great sensitivity and sympathy, imagination and intuition. You can communicate and understand one another at a very deep level, which is rare and very satisfying for both of you.
Non-judgmental acceptance, tolerance, generosity, compassion, a love of beauty and peace – these are some of the positive qualities you share. You also have some less desirable potentials: passivity, hyper-sensitivity, a desire to escape rather than confront life and its challenges, and an inability to set boundaries or limits. Together you are likely to reinforce both the positive and negative potentials that both of you have.
You are very sympathetic toward one another and may have an unusual close emotional or psychic tie. Both of you are dreamy, romantic, receptive, and strongly affected by others' emotions and the emotional tone of your surroundings. You need to avoid negative or abrasive people, for you quickly absorb those feelings and are adversely affected by them. Escaping into solitude, fantasy and imagination (or more negatively, drinking or drug use) may be a habit with both of you.
Both of you are very compassionate and giving, sometimes unwisely and indiscriminately so. Others can take advantage of your tenderheartedness. You may try to rescue someone from a bad situation or a bad habit, only to find yourself victimised or a martyr to the cause. You may try to do too much for everyone else, and end up completely drained.
Because you are so alike, you understand one another's sensitivity and weaknesses very well. Remember, what you don't like about your partner is probably the very same thing you don't like about yourself!
The calming effect of living near a lake or ocean suit both of you well. Music is also a shared love of yours.
Both of you at times can seem cool, emotionally distant and unavailable, or disinterested in people, but this is only a mask. Inwardly, you are apt to feel unlovable, unworthy, or simply afraid to open up and share yourselves. A fear of rejection inhibits your expression of love and affection, and it may seem to you that relationships are too troublesome and too painful to bother with. Security may become extremely important to you, so that you are apt to choose "safe", reliable people to be with – perhaps individuals who are older and more established and settled that you are. Learning to be more playful, and to overcome your fears of intimacy and your tendency to isolate yourselves, are challenges in life that you have in common. In one another, you may have found a wonderful friend who understands your shy heart and your loneliness. You also have come across one who will mirror for you some of your own most difficult life lessons.
You will experience the heights and depths, love and hate, attraction and repulsion, agony and ecstasy in this relationship. A powerful, compelling fascination and irresistible sexual attraction draws the two of you together like magnets. You love each other with a depth of feeling that is surprising even to yourselves. The powerful charismatic power that you have over each other can be used to manipulate one another, and dominance, control, or jealousy easily become hot issues between you. Whether this is a brief passionate encounter or a life long attachment, you will change one another profoundly.
Your conversations will reveal to both of you aspects of yourselves that have been hidden – either purposely concealed or long ago denied and buried. Without even trying, the two of you will make the other confront those underlying assumptions, unquestioned beliefs, and ways of thinking which you normally would take for granted. You also find yourselves divulging information, or questioning things which until now you were content to let lie.
Mysteries, secrets, investigating the underside of any issue – these will be a significant part of your relationship. Whether or not you are willing to see and consciously acknowledge some of these things will determine how well you two get along. Part of the purpose of your relationship is to bring to light and conscious understanding those parts of your lives that have not been examined before. For the well-being of both of you, make sure that you do not use the knowledge and information you have of one another as a tool to control or manipulate each other. Especially do not abuse your awareness of the other's psychological weakness and vulnerabilities.
Together you are capable of extreme dedication, concentration, and self-denial for the sake of a mutual goal. There is an obsessive unrelenting quality to this. Certainly when the two of you combine forces to accomplish something, you are a formidable team capable of enduring and going the distance. You won't collapse under pressure or shirk the necessary hardships.
However, you can be excessively one-sided, or may needlessly deny yourselves certain pleasures which you may consider distractions or a frivolous waste of energy. There may be a subtle tyranny going on, either towards yourselves, or one another. Unless you supply some gentleness and adaptability, what you achieve together in concrete terms may come at too dear a cost.

They are very loyal, loving and mellow and will always be there when their partner needs them most. Together, their bond can appear unbreakable.
AND:
Pisces, the Sign of the Fishes, is a Water Sign. Two Fish together can create a private heaven or hell on earth, depending on whether you choose to swim upstream or downstream. While you are irresistibly drawn to each other, you are both prone to become lost in dreams and fantasies. If you can commit to practical and realistic goals together, you have an excellent chance of success.
Because you are both Mutable Signs, communication will be almost effortless. In fact, most Pisces couples report a telepathic bond between them. All it usually takes is a look into the other's liquid eyes to know what is in his or her heart and mind. If all life's problems could be resolved in the bedroom you'd be happy!
The only danger of this is taking your connection for granted... While it may seem that your partner can read your thoughts, you still need to make things clear through the written or spoken word. It is not a good idea to try to deceive your Pisces lover. That other Fish will surely know the truth on some level, and will be hurt that you did not feel you could be honest. Ultimately, the two of you are among the most compassionate and understanding people in the Zodiac, and this gentleness of spirit must be extended to each other as well.
The double Water Sign connection gives you an instant empathy for each other, but this can be lost if you allow drugs, alcohol, and other forms of escapism to lead you astray. You could be the couple who works together to make the world a better place, or you could be the couple who spends every night together at the local pub, drowning in your sorrows. Rising to the challenges of life is a decision you both must make, for one cannot save the other from sinking to the bottom if that is his choice.
Generally the mutable signs (Sagittarius, Virgo, Pisces and Gemini) are rather better matched as friends, lovers or colleagues than as spouses. These signs need to lean on their partners for security, while supplying at their own end the social lubricant and joie de vivre that can make stronger, more stable partners happy, bringing them out of themselves. Without a reliable anchor for your relationship, you can get lost in a sea of overwhelming emotions.
Nevertheless, the power of Jupiter and Neptune can bring a deeply intuitive, even spiritual flavour to the mixture, so long as at least one of you is of a settled nature. Overall, this is a wonderful combination when both partners are balanced!
