Of course. Why not ? Friendship's nothing to do with religions. In fact, I'd say Muslims R to B the great friends.

Why not? The only reason I would reject them as a friend would be if their religion got in the way of us, trying to convert me for example or insist I cover up because I am female. This would go for any faith, not just Muslim.
