Well King David once faked insanity to help him get through a situation (this was before he was a king)
I remember a scene in Shogun where Anjin-san also did a similar thing. And Mad Dog Murdock of the A-team seems to do ok with being insane.

Perfect sanity would make everyone thinking pretty much the same.If you have a bit of insanity ideas will come a lot easier to you.

We are all insane. We only have moments of sanity. I don't know what is worst. We live here on the earth in Hell, when we die we all go to heaven.

Yes, usually for obvious reasons, unless you want to have insanity as an excuse for not being sentenced in court.

Insanity is better because at least you have an excuse why you are acting so crazy!. Being sane makes you accountable for your behavior.

No, many people retreat into themselves to hide from hurt and pain. Insanity can be a powerfull shield.

not always. if your a criminal and you killed somebody, you could claim insanity and go to a ward rather than spending life or a death sentance.
